Welcome to XPACS Internet Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our internet services. By applying for, subscribing to, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Availability and Activation

All applications are subject to serviceability, technical feasibility, and approval by XPACS.

• No Installation Fee applies to qualified new subscribers, unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

• Service activation will proceed only after successful verification and installation requirements are completed

Billing and Payment

Subscribers agree to pay all monthly service charges on or before the applicable due date.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank Deposit

• Bank Transfer

• Cash Payment

• Other authorized payment channels announced by XPACS

Subscribers may be required to provide proof of payment for verification purposes.

Due Date, Suspension, and Disconnection

To maintain uninterrupted service, payments must be made on time.

• Accounts remaining unpaid for three (3) days after the due date may be temporarily suspended or disconnected.

• Accounts unpaid for one (1) month or more shall remain disconnected until all outstanding balances are fully settled.

XPACS reserves the right to suspend or disconnect overdue accounts without prior notice.

Reconnection Policy

Subscribers requesting restoration of disconnected service must comply with the following:

• Full payment of all unpaid balances

• Payment of the applicable Reconnection Fee, equivalent to one (1) month service fee, unless otherwise approved by management.

• Compliance with any technical or account verification requirements

Reconnection shall be scheduled based on operational availability.

No Late Payment Penalty

XPACS does not impose late payment penalties. However, non-payment may still result in service suspension, disconnection, or equipment retrieval.

No Lock-In Period / No Contract

XPACS offers services with no lock-in period and no long-term contract, unless expressly stated under a separate promotional agreement.

Subscribers may request cancellation at any time, subject to:

• Full settlement of unpaid balances

• Return of company-owned equipment, where applicable

Equipment Ownership and Use

Any modem, router, cable, or related equipment supplied by XPACS may remain the property of the Company unless specifically sold or transferred in writing.

Subscribers are responsible for keeping company-issued equipment in good condition.

XPACS reserves the right to charge for any lost, damaged, tampered, or unreturned equipment.

Equipment Pull-Out Policy

Accounts that remain inactive, unpaid, or disconnected for two (2) consecutive months may be subject to retrieval or pull-out of installed modem and related equipment without further notice.

Service Interruptions and Limitations

While XPACS aims to provide reliable internet connectivity, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• Power outages

• Fiber or cable line damage

• Weather disturbances

• System upgrades

• Third-party outages

• Events beyond the Company’s reasonable control

XPACS shall not be liable for losses arising from temporary interruptions beyond its control.

Acceptable Use and Subscriber Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Subscribers must not use the service for:

• Fraudulent or unlawful activities

• Unauthorized network access

• Distribution of malware or harmful content

• Activities that disrupt network performance

• Resale or redistribution of service without written approval

Subscribers are responsible for securing their Wi-Fi credentials and connected devices.

Amendments

XPACS reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall take effect upon posting on the official website or through other official communication channels.
